This blog is going to be about eating good food, and cutting out the crap.
What is crap you ask?
My definition of crap is anything that is put in food that doesn't belong there, like preservatives, texture additives, titanium and more! (yes, they put titanium in food!)
My hope here is to educate people to read their food labels. Make better choices in what you put in your body. Demand that food manufacturers make changes.
What this blog isn't about is weight loss or dieting. I find if you just cut the crap, you will lose the weight. Oh and get off the couch!
